They sold the car I came to look at.I didnt call that morning tho.The older sales man was very nice said he would find another car like that,I said ok gave him the info.I found another car almost the same some where else.I must say they had all the cars on the lot were clean and shiny.The other car sales shops on that road all had dirty cars.That was a plus.
They were prompt and professional in following up on my inquiry and very helpful in informing me about my finance options. I would definitely recommend them.
Dealer responded but the car wasn't there at the time I called. The conversation was good.
The car I viewed had some kind of malfunctioning ABS system when I came to testdrive it. The dealer was upfront about the issue and told me a story about getting the wrong part to replace it and how it would be fixed up before I bought the car, but the whole thing made me too nervous to go through with buying it. The dealers were reasonably responsive, but difficult to communicate with and had some of the classic, pushy used-car-salesman vibe to them and made me a bit uncomfortable overall.
Two of the three staff members we friendly with decent cars on the lot. But don't try calling them to schedule a test drive or to see if a car is still available as they don't answer and their voicemail is always full, plus they don't respond to the inquiries on their website. The old hispanic salesman Pedro is the most rude used salesman I've worked with and started smoking while showing me a car, disgusting.
They did contact me via email and were very professional. I did not purchase the vehicle as I am still looking around. But in all fair my experience was pleasant and good.
excellent dealership went down to look at vehicle Saturday got financed that day buying vehicle friendly people.
