If you are a "cult" leader... I had very specialized needs whilst searching for a new home which would eventually become a gateway for the chosen faithful. The lot needed to be big enough to accommodate a second building that would act as our ascension tunnel, a large pool that could double as a Jello Wrestling Arena, and an extremely monolithic enclosure to house my red pandas, unicorns, and dachshunds.
