Excellent facility and staff. Highly recommend.
Dr. Shelby Holland was very helpful and informative on my initial telephone contact with her. She did a thorough interview of my symptoms and gave a clear description of the procedure.
Dr. Holland was great! Very nice and explained everything in detail about the procedure- Prostate Artery Embolization and also answered all of the questions that I had for her. Her team was very proficient, professional and kept me at ease. I would definitely recommend IR Centers and Dr. Holland to do procedure. The only negative thing was they changed my appointment time from 9:00am to 11:00 am and did not inform me, I had to sit there for awhile. Something that definitely needs to be addressed.
Very pleasant, professional, and informative. Easy to communicate with. Oh, and great music choices Overall a very good experience. In fact all staff were professional, and courteous.
