My kids and I was going here for about 4 years and they very friendly and my kids loved them but when I found out that they was not telling me all the information that was going on with my oldest daughter pissed me off so bad in 2018 my daughter had a full mouth X-ray and they seen that she had baby teeth that had No replacement coming in behind them.. and they failed to tell me all I ever heard was she good no cavities if they would of told me this back in 2018 I could of been seeing a orthodontist.. but thankfully I got ju... read more
I wouldn't recommend this place at all I've been trying to get my child xray switched to another dentist office a d they won't do it. so in the meantime my child Is in pain until they decide to send them over
A few months ago, I came here to have a very expensive dental procedure. The hygienist was so rough with her utensils, and when I winced in pain, the reaction I got multiple times was that 🔴this is what I get for not taking care of my teeth🔴. About 15 minutes into the procedure, I asked if we could please stop for anesthesia. Dr. Lackey’s hygienist seemed annoyed that I asked. The pain was so bad. Dr. Lackey is wonderful! She makes me feel so comfortable and truly works with excellence. I always feel that I am in great hands. Wait times are never long and the staff, assistants and hygienists are always friendly and knowledgeable.
RecommendedHad a dentist appointment today and I was very nervous. Everyone was very professional. The lady at the desk and the one taking the x-rays were nice. Hope and Dr. Lackey were awesome. I felt no judgement at Shelby Dental. Great Staff.
