They are slow and do not have any sense of urgency ESPECIALLY at the Jefferson location. They encourage, well more like demand that appointments are set rather than walking in and even when you show up to your appointment on time you have to wait at least 30 minutes before they will even acknowledge you. They are always having side bar conversations or just not tending to the residents requesting services. I’ve been there twice in two days trying to get my aunt’s death certificate. The first day, I was told I needed a letter from my attorney. Today, I was told the letter wasn’t “official enough “. Also, there aren’t enough places to park.
I made a very long drive to get a copy of my birth certificate and they were out of paper. The person was very unhelpful and unapologetic. He told me I should call the state and ask them why they didn't have paper. They had a sign posted but it would've been nice if the website stated that before I drove such a long way

The employees stopped working to take each other lunch request. Latasha Dorsey had a very rude attitude. Very poor customer service and really didn't care if you told the supervisor. 45 minute wait and that started with 4 people in line but never moved. I got pictures to prove it.
