I needed a copy of my birth certificate and I couldn’t be more impressed with the staff. The deputies were kind and joking - making me feel comfortable. The young lady at the window handled my request - again with kindness and humor. It was a very good experience. Thank you!
I have consistently had great service at SCHD immunization clinics. Our children had many of their childhood vaccinations here (they are now grown) and i have always taken my world travel immunizations here. The RN’s are extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I have never had a sore injection site, even after Tetanus Diphtheria boosters. I recommend all campuses to my friends and coworkers. I forgot to mention that i am an NICU nurse. Thank you ladies! The Shelby County health department in Jefferson Ave It is the worst place to go for immunizations, I still can't believe the way they treated me and my son, they are so rude I don't understand if they don't want to deal with people then why have a job so where you should deal with people Every day, the nurse who gave the shots to my son was so rude and the security man was so rude he treated me in a way that I felt like a worthless person, I am not exaggerating I will definitely never return to that place.
1 star because it’s common sense.
