Slow! Especially the Shelby crossing location. The employees like to talk with each other instead of doing their jobs. If you make an appointment still expect to be waiting all day! And if your pregnant bring food even though the rules are no food or drink being you something because they don't care if your pregnant and hungry and have been waiting for over three hours!
Great organization! They do so much good; both seen and unseen by the public!!
