Waited for an hour for the cell line to be clear, nice receptionist picks up, ask for a simple physical exam, apparently that was too complicated and the clinic is closing in a month :p. Avoid this place. Absolutely useless.

Please answer your phone even if the clinic is full. I tried to contact you many times throughout the day only to get a hold signal everytime. If we need something from you other than an appointment, an answered phone is appreciated. Otherwise the doctor and staff were nice.

Called more than 28 times over 48 hours to try and book a telemedicine visit; they eventually picked up the phone and put me on hold for ~12min (you need to call within <30min of opening, too, otherwise the day's spots will fill) before finally informed me that they couldn't talk about a wrist injury of mine, because the injury had originally occurred at work (but had been aggravated in a non-workplace accident). It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to this clinic. 4 days I have been calling first thing just to hear the line busy beeping. I even called them just before they opened and got the same thing... how am I supposed to contact them if their phones are already busy before opening????
