I have been coming to this salon for years but I have to say my last couple of visits have been a let down, and unfortunately I will be finding another salon. No customer should have to wait 20mins to an hour in their car for their braider to show up when they've made an appointment and a mandatory deposit. This has happened to me multiple times now. The braiders are very nice. But customer service has gone downhill over the years.

Was booked here to get twist. I was driving over an hour to come here! I saw some complaints online that triggered me because I’ve had those same things happen to me at other places! So I wanted to call and touch base with them and just had a couple questions before I came! I got no response on their socials, no one answered the phone! I loved going there to get small knotless braids but the last time it seemed like nobody wanted to do my hair and they rushed thru it my hair normally last 3 months this time it’s only been a month and my natural hair is coming out of the plaits highly disappointed

Unprofessional, loud , kids running around, black ants all on the waiting chairs and floor. The lady who worked on me had more complaints than a little bit and works extremely slow. I wouldn't recommend this place if you looking to get hour hair done in peace
