Mrs. Shelia was absolutely amazing! I originally intended to use the services just for getting some paperwork notarized, but unfortunately, I was given the wrong document. Despite that, she was extremely helpful and took the initiative to contact me to ensure I got the correct paperwork. Even though I didn’t use the service to its full potential, her professionalism, communication, knowledge, and quick response—especially regarding a sensitive matter—were top-notch. She definitely deserves five stars!
