After waiting 2 months to visit the doctor (new patient), ended up seeing the nurse practitioner. The front desk is an absolute mess, after months of follow up phone calls, they were either not caring or incompetent to submit referrals which I had to find out from the health insurance company since the front desk woman kept misleading me.
I'm very comfortable with my doctor who is quite knowledgeable explains everything easily and to the point which I like. I'm fortunate compared to some in the care I receive from her.
I am very pleased with my care providers. They do wonderful work!
Dr. Fisher-Wright always listens and find a way to solve the problem
He could have shown a little bit more concern when I told him about the disease my dad has that I could get
I couldn't ask for a better caregiver. She's always been so helpful and such a great doctor.
