Was told when I went in that there would be 2 people doing my hair. While sitting in the chair getting my hair done that there would only be 1 person. Was told it would be 5 hours. I arrived at 230pm for my appointment but didn't get in the chair until 330. It took from 330pm till 1am. Told her that I wanted my hair shoulder length.
