Sheetz has always been a mixed bag for me, some experiences have been good while others have been a complete flop. BUT TODAY, today was the worst experience I have had. After placing an online order, I went to pick up my food - which is typical. I went inside, got a beverage and waited. And waited. And waited, then waited some more. The Sheetz on ******* in ********** is terrible. I waited over half an hour for a drink. It doesnt seem like they prioritize the people who paid first either because I noticed that people who paid after me were getting their food and drinks before me. One employee in particular doesnt know how to do anything and has worked there for awhile now. They really need to reassess their employees.

I am not sure what is happening here in Wilkes-Barre PA with our 2 local Sheetz, the last 6 months they have truly gone down hill. Drinks not tasting right, burnt food, hard buns, orders not correct. The problem you do not see until you have your food home. I have always gotten an Iced Latte which has always been $3.92, now at the Wilkes-Barre Twp location it still is but at the Plains location it is $4.02, why? These 2 stores are 3 miles apart. Sheetz does not enforce wearing masks even though they have signs up. They let unmasked people cough near the food and yell things about starting a revolution to not wear masks in hermitage PA
Sheetz is a great company that provides excellent service and convenience
Their is no one forcing the MANDATORY MASK REQUIREMENT. I am constantly the only customer who is wearing a mask. Its at a disgusting 1 mask out of every 20 customers. They are not following rules set in by the GOVERNOR OF THE STATE.
They allow threats and intimidation to occur at their store. They ignore complaints. It's completely unacceptable!
