Deceptive pricing. Issued a press release stating fuel would be available at **** for a fixed time period but they refused to honor this announcement. When customer service was questioned they deviated from their original press release and claimed that it said things it did not, then referred the whole thing to their legal department - a clear indication they knew they had violated statutory law in ********. I'll never visit another sheetz in my life and hope they go out of business soon.

They are not honoring 15 cents off gas yet they still have a sign out saying they are. I never got the 60 days of this discount like the sign says

Deceptive pricing. They leave old sale signs up that do not reflect the current/correct price. If you call them out on it they say that offer has expired and will not honor there signage. This has happened multiple times. Heads up , check prices before you buy. There should be a law against this.

This is the first time a gas station has put a $125.00 pending charge on my debit card. Most gas companies put a $1.00 pending charge. I will no longer be going to Sheetz if this is their practice. Especially for a $28.50 gas charge. I have worked at a credit card company for over 40 years and never once have I seen such disregard for customers. This occurred on 3/15/2022. Everyone should be aware of this scam Sheetz is running!!!!

I come to Sheetz to get drinks every once in a while and today February 1st *********************************************** it and its a frozen mocha it was way to runny

The last time I made the mistake of coming to this Sheetz instead of making the 4 mile drive to the next closest two, I had basically the same terrible experience. I filed a complaint directly with Sheetz and did not receive so much as a contact back. The last time, not only did I not get my food, or money, I got absolutely no compensation. Again, this morning, 20 minutes of my day wasted because of absolute incompetence. I returned a steak sandwich that didnt have steak on it and they said they would remake it and gave me one that had rotten food and a stale bun on it. And when I tried to show them they simply said it was toasted and I should learn the difference. I told them toasted is crunchy and stale is chewy and hard and they said you have you're refund so leave.

Problem 1- food was ordered at Sheetz in downtown Blairsville PAthat had metal in it. Metal in a sub. Why? Idk Problem 2- they refused to hire a relative of mine with work experience in the field who was told to expect a call but then was questioned extensively about her disability Problem 3- they put a $100 hold on my bank account for $10 worth of gas causing my grocery purchase later that day to be declined.
