Let me begin by saying what a heartless and ruthless manager or supervisor named ******* that works at Sheetz. She was so rude to this homeless guy trying to use the bathroom and trying to stay warm on this cold 50 degree morning. I heard her say something racist too under her breath. The *************** location is one of the most disrespectful businesses in the area. They allow vehicles to loiter for hours in their parking lots, people to run around between those vehicles screaming and disrupting other cars trying to enter/exit the parking lot and music and loud engines revving at all hours of the night. Even after numerous complaints to the management nothing has been done for months. The corporate management need to step up and get things in order before someone is hurt or killed. We were traveling north along 81 with our RV and realized we had lost a tire (dual axles). We immediately got off at the ***************** and hobbled into the Sheetz parking lot that is right off of ****************. My husband set to putting on the spare and there was too much damage to the lugs and we needed new ones. It was more than my husband could do on the fly, so we called our road side assistance through Nationwide. Sheetz has false and misleading advertising on their app and physical adds at their gas pumps with regards to their sampler apps. The add states 3/$6 on the app Home Screen. When you click on the sampler app suddenly its $6.49. This is for multiple locations in western **. Its a very broad deception that needs to be called out.

Beware of using a credit card here. They stole $29.66 from me when I purchased nothing and then refused to give my money back. Even the corporate office was no help, they literally lied and said I received tobacco products and did not review the register camera like I asked. Nothing but a bunch of crooks

Worse customer service ever! Been calling the customer service numbers for days, wait forever no one answers. Use prompt leaving call back number, nothing!My SHEETZ card quit working giving me cents off per gallon or points for in store purchases. All I want is assistance with it! Horrible customer service!

This business do not take care of their customers and Im just tired! This evening I called just to verify hours and this very nasty young lady says to me I answered the phone didnt I .. I m done !!! I was severely disrespected and treated very badly, the manager was following me around acting like I was going to steal something but I have been in that store a thousand times and never once have I stole anything, I was judges by my tattoos and discriminated against. I don't appreciate it and you lost my business, I will never ship at a Sheetz ever in my life, and that's losing a great customer because I spent a lot of money there.
