I love this place! I’ve never been anywhere that cared for my pets as well as they do at Sheets! I can tell that my pets are loved, and the staff is so patient, and takes the time to answer any questions I have, thoroughly. They definitely have the animals’ best interest at heart ♥️
Our family moved to Charlotte NC, from Greensboro in 1986. I drive my Kitty, Lori Ellen, to Sheets for her vet. needs. I had never had a cat before and I needed to feel secure about everything to do with/for my kitten. I trusted Dr. Kim and staff. I watched Dr. Kim Sheets grow up. I take responsibility for the fact I didn't get my baby vaccinated for parvovirus...he was sick when I came there....but the callous attitude of the male vet who took 1 hour and 45 mins to finally come out to see him in my car, doesn't sit right in my heart...he said literally...I can't do anything for him if u can't pay...I don't work on commission...now keep in mind I had paid 52 dollars already to have him look at my dog for 2 mins and tell me that....then they insisted he needed fluids and anti vomit meds the also gave h... read more
She is so very compassionate. I put my trust in her wholeheartedly! Very easy to talk to, takes time listens to your concerns. Explains everything clearly. We live 24 mi away. The drive is worth the service. ♥️♥️♥️🙈🐧🦴😍
I have taken two of my 4 cats there. One for surgery.. Also, took a rescue kitty here. Saw Dr.Sheets who was extremely nice, patient and extremely kind. She answered questions I had regarding her personal opinion on a sensative matter. All the kitties in the lobby and their in/ out formal feral cat all very welcoming. Also, reasonably priced. Im taking my other 2 there next week.
My sweet boy Jaxson has been at the clinic for over a week. He had a mess in his mouth, removed 6 teeth, mouth very infected and he's struggling to eat. Everyone is so sweet to him trying all kinds of food. I'm hoping when I visit tomorrow to get a lesson on using an IV drip for him and I hope he feels better. I'm hoping coming home will help. Dr. Sheets is a hero to the community. ❤️
