TERRIBLE customer service. Was obvious phone etiquette is not something they bother teaching or using. Trying to make an appointment and the woman was so rude I lost my cool and asked for the supervisor only to be hung up on! Upon calling back was told by other woman that manager would call me back when they got in.... which did not happen. I don't trust the place to care for my cat when they are not competent to use a telephone. I would rather drive to Kernersville!
Even though they are cheaper than most vets you still get what you pay for... Horrible customer service and wait times are outrageous and inexcusable. I'll be going somewhere else for services from here on out
I’ve been coming to this clinic since I first rescued my dog 5 years ago. I’ve always tried to be patient with the fact that they are always so disorganized and scattered-because they normally get us in and out fast. I’ve never seen the same dr any time there. Dr. Sheets is the most compassionate, competent, kind, skillful, knowledgeable, caring provider I have ever met. Her team stayed late on the Friday of a Holiday weekend to perform a last-minute, life-saving surgery on my cat at 1/15th the cost of her colleagues and came in on her day off to care for my cat as he recovered. She is a hero to my family and to our community.
I scheduled an appointment a month ago. I’ve been waiting two months to even call to schedule an appointment because of Covid. Now I waited an hour in the parking lot with my two cats, and they told me I don’t have an appointment that I’m not on the books and I know I was.
I want to say thank you to the staff at Sheets for getting Mama Cat in and spayed. I feel like with your help she doesn’t have to worry about another litter of kittens. Sorry for my previous attitude.
My pets have been coming here for almost 10 years. Has of today I will not be coming back or recommend. Vets are great but office staff have awful attitudes. They act like they are doing you a favor for doing their job.
Drove 2.5 hours to pick up Queso ( who is now named Riku) and adopt him into our family. Riku has and older brother named Sora. The staff at Sheets are super friendly, and answered all my questions about our new furbaby’s personality and how to introduce him to Sora, our other cat, which helped the transition go smoother. Riku is very sweet, while a bit food aggressive but it will take time, love, and patience to ensure a happy future for all.
