RecommendedDr. Sheets is phenomenal, as are the staff members who work there. It is obvious they are all about the animals. My only complaint is that most times when you call, you will instantly be put on hold—actually, I’m on hold now, and have been for the last 36 minutes so far without anyone coming back on line. I’m sick to death of the Asian music that was very soothing and nice to listen to, but now I’m on my 42nd repetition, I’m kinda sick of hearing it. Customer service is horrible and the owner will not call when client has an issue. After being a customer for almost 10 years I was treated like absolute garbage by this clinic. I will NEVER recommend or take another pet to this facility.
I have had several animals taken care of at Sheets. They are always so friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable!!
the staff and doctor so incredible. they made me feel so comfortable and took good care of my dog.
Just an amazing place! They offer resources to so many who otherwise wouldn't have a vet to go too!
I really like this clinic !! My dog had to have and emergency csection 10 weeks ago and the whole practice jumped in and helped with the puppies ! It was just amazing!!! They are awesome group of people !
