Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude today, great experience. Everyone was very nice and willing to help you. Thanks so much to Brian.
Brought my Kia Optima here earlier this year. Told me they could get my payment near what I pay now and my insurance would go down because it had better safety ratings. I pay 20$ more a month on this jeep and I pay $60 more a month on insurance because the safety ratings suck. I will never buy from them again. They lied to me and I will make sure no one I know will buy from them again either. I'm going back to get a Kia!
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went and looked at a vehicle for 5 minutes one day and the next day the salesman named John Hawse shows up at my WORK wanting my phone number. Calls my work and also calls my supervisor asking for my phone number. Made me extremely uncomfortable. When I call and ask to speak to a manager I am told the salesman was just trying to help me get a new car and I am HUNG UP on. I will never give this place my business and neither should anyone else!
Great place John Cook was our salesperson even brought the papers for me to sign at home. Looking forward to shopping here in the future.
Carol in the service department is the absolute best!
We had the best experience today. Top customer service, nicest most helpful staff they went out of their way to help us get our new car home. I can’t say enough for these guys. I would and will recommend them to everyone and any one. 15 stars all the way.
Amazing Service department! 😁
