I have to say she is nice, but when she doesn't have a clue she will get frustrated and say I don't know more what I can do. Her wait time while in the office for her to come in is horrible and she will rush you when she gets in there. This practice staff and her are terrible about referrals. No sense of resourcefulness. She will send you on a wild goose chase of procedures also.
Dr. Sturm has an exceptional manner and never seems to be rushing through visits. She always seems very concerned about getting things correct and doing best by her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a good doctor!
Dr. Sturm is a unique doctor in that she actually listens to me, and also explains things in a way that is understandable to someone without a medical degree. She's non-judgmental while also keeping my health as the number one priority. She keeps her patients mental well being in mind as well. I really appreciate the kind of doctor and person Dr. Sturm is, and for that she gets excellent marks.
