They were really awesome and understanding when I put my cat to sleep.
While I am no expert on customer service, after taking my cats to several vets over the years, Sheep Draw has been hands down the best clinic I have been to. Its great to finally have a vet who seems to truly take an interest in your animal, make sure all your questions are answered, and give you additional information on procedures that may be needed later on. Dr.buckholtz is so amazing! She always takes the time to explain everything to me. I never feel rushed or like "just another patient" when my little guy was at his sickest she would call to check in on him! After getting no where and no answers at 3 other vets i found her at sheep draw! She never gave up on him and I'm happy to report that at today's visit we continue to see signs of improvment! Five months ago I was faced with making the decision to let him go! Thank u Dr B you are our Angel Stef and Jaz Chartier!
Amazing vets and staff! My QP is well cared for and loves her visits!
Love going somewherewhet my pets are treated like family. Dr. Buckholtz walked me through the whole guinea pig exam and really knows her stuff. :)
