I got a prompt and friendly call from the dealership to schedule the visit and to test the vehicle last weekend. While driving to the dealership, I received the call that vehicle is sent to auction and not available anymore. The same vehicle was listed the next week. I sent the email inquiry about the same vehicle and got the email confirmation that the vehicle Is available and offer to schedule the visit. When, I requested the visit for the second time.
