I bought me Nissan Rouge from Sheehy Nissan in Waldorf in 2018. The salesman thought i would not understand the sale terms so he decided to add some unnecessary cost which i saw right there and told him i was not interested. He added extended warranty which would make the total cost $4,000 higher. i expressed my dislike about this extended warranty. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I bought a 2019 Nissan Armada from another dealership on May 28th. Prior to me buying the vehicle, it was inspected in Maryland and some items rectified. Fast forward, I took my vehicle to Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf for my first oil change and I was told it needed thousands of dollars worth of work and 11 of those items needed “immediate” attention. I have been doing business with the company since 2014 when I brought my vehicle. Every time I bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance services the mechanic always gives me recommendations for other repairs, which I pay for and move on; however, I have noticed for the past year, the mechanic keeps suggesting that I repeatedly get the same repairs done every time I take my vehicle in for service. Absolute joke of a dealership. Don't waste your time with them and their games. They make an offer for trade in, you counter and they come back with an offer 5k lower than their original offer. We all know this market is absolutely crazy right now, yet this dealer wants to offer you a price based on what they think you paid for a vehicle instead of what it is worth. I think there are unethical practices going on @ the dealership; they sold me a bad car (transmission) while still under warranty, they gave 3 options: me pay half to fix transmission, llet them search for another car or REFUND money back to State Dept Fed Credit Union; they've had the cat for 3 wks. Lack of communication. I emailed with my question on how to transport the vehicle to IDAHO. I received an email back asking for my address. I gave it. Then I get two more emails making more a statement of we are here to help you and make your experience the best. While never responding to my inquiry of cost with shipping! Two days later the car was sold that I wanted. Then the day of vehicle being sold I get an email saying if I was making a trade and how we could make your buying experience the best.
