Lack of communication. I emailed with my question on how to transport the vehicle to IDAHO. I received an email back asking for my address. I gave it. Then I get two more emails making more a statement of we are here to help you and make your experience the best. While never responding to my inquiry of cost with shipping! Two days later the car was sold that I wanted. Then the day of vehicle being sold I get an email saying if I was making a trade and how we could make your buying experience the best. Email communication could have been a lot better but once we got to the Dealership everything ran smoothly. Bought the vehicle with no problems.
