The lady in charge of financing will be incredibly rude plus screw up your work if you don't finance through them oh and they bumped up a 14750 dollar car to almost 18 grand they even wanted to charge 675 just to clean the car in order to sell it to you they also don't even do a good job in detailing it had a bunch of dirt all over the backseat all in all the only good part is I got the car I wanted
Initial communication was Great w MM, until we got there....Our original Salesperson MM was helping someone else and unable to assist us, another nice Salesman WM, helped us...The Sales Mgr J gave us a half behind appraisal without seriously looking at, or driving my car which resulted in a poor offer, and seemingly inflated Sales prices. We first were shown the car at Sheehy's Annapolis location per our request. As we were getting ready to sigh the paperwork, after test driving etc the dealer disclosed that they could not honor the Nissan Certification as they were a Lexus dealer and not Nissan. So we had to drive another 90 minutes to the Nissan dealer to get the warranty. While there they repeatedly messed up the paperwork and kept adding dealer charges over the $300 we had agreed to. The dealer responded. However, I went through a lot of loop holes in regards to communication and customer service. Things probably would have been differently, if I purchased a brand new car as oppose to a used car. Although I purchased the car after much pointing the finger, My overall rating speaks for itself. The dealer who sold me the car I would rate him a three. Sheehy Nissan I am being nice by giving them a 2. I don't appreciate being called about 10 times a day and emailed multiple times because I requested info. Call once, and I'll call back if I'm interested. But calling over a dozen times in 24 hours is obnoxious and convinced me to NOT purchase something from Sheehy Nissan.
Recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I worked with several employees from a sales associated all the way up too the General Manager. They where willing too work together to as a team too get my in the vehicle by the end of the day. It was overall good experience. Chances of going back high and I will refer ppl in the future.
The response time was great, I got several emails over the span of almost two weeks. I was slightly annoyed that after emailing for so long when I was able to drive out there (very long trip) the car had issues and hadn't even passed MD inspection yet. If I had wanted to purchase it I couldn't have and it being so far out of the way, I'm not sure even if I liked the car I would have driven out there a second time once it was ready. Great service
They are super worrisome and would not stop calling me when asked. They have a lot of nerve!! That is horrible service and that's why I don't want to purchase a vehicle with them.
