Typical care dealership. No haggle sale price because they are a big dealership and don’t have to do so. Price of my Jetta was still lower than blue book value so I still bought the car. I recommend this dealership because all the cars are in great shape. They wouldn’t sell if it wasn’t

Overall not the best experience. Most of the staff were unfriendly and discourteous. The Finance department made me feel like I was troublesome. I spent 7-8 hours calling back and forth between the dealership at the bank trying to convince the dealership to submit required documents to my bank. The assistant used car manager sounded frustrated every time I spoke with him. The used car manager was helpful and friendly. He was the reason I didnât kill the deal. Went in looking to buy a suv the salesman did nothing to help me first suv I looked at was falling apart after salesman didn’t want to help me a GM told me I would not get financing any place else I left went to a Toyota dealership and bought an suv with no problem at all with a great interest rate
Salesman was very helpful and provided me with a virtual look at the vehicle. Decided to purchase vehicle. Paperwork process was a bit of a hassle, there were numerous errors that I noticed which required resigning of all paperwork. Prior to pickup, tried contacting dealership for some assistance, never received return call…guess they didn’t care since I had already purchased vehicle.
