I live in Tampa, FL. I was negotiating a vehicle with an internet sales manager by the name of Jake via text messages and emails. At the same time, another salesperson was negotiating the same vehicle with a local buyer. When I was ready to pay for the vehicle via wire transfer, Jake stated that the other salesperson had sold the vehicle. Then he stated that he would call me if anything was to happen in finance. They responded, although we couldn't come to agreement on the price, they tried. I give them only 2 starts because the sales associate tried to use the dirty tricks to bring me to dealership in person, promising to negotiate the price, but as soon as I said this is couple hours trip for me and asked to talk over the phone first, he switched right away and stated that this is lowest possible price and it can't be negotiated.
Overall It was abgood car buying experience. Saw two cars on Guru that I liked but Unfortunately Sheehy Ford said I couldn't get financing for them But instead offered me a brand New 2018 Ford Focus Hatchback which I like very much.

Absolutely horrible!! The only person there that provided any type of quality customer service is Crystal. Everyone is trained to say the exact same thing and of course if a question falls outside of their qualified limits then you just get someone that dances around your question. Sheehy's internet sales process is laughable. The truck was listed to be located at 3 different locations at the same time. I should not have invested any time in pursuing this vehicle. It was a complete waste of my time.
