I will never buy anything from this company . rude and not helpful.. unbeliveable nightmare.
My mother has had her car in and out of this shop countless times. Then having the service manager tell her, her car isn't safe. That her brakes could have caught her car on fire. As a daughter Im highly disgusted. After almost 2 weeks of driving a loaner car gets her car back thinking everything is fixed...her car won't start. Her own mother refuses to ride anywhere with her. They used her warranty, and didn't even fix the issue.

Yea, real “Ultimate”. Went to the dealership three times to look at a new GMC Cannon. First two times salespeople and management didn’t even make an effort to come out and talk or answer questions. Yesterday when inside and still no one greeted me. Sales manager makes eye contact from glass cubicle but continues to ignore me and struts around his office like a gamecock. Love my Enclave and Ultimate service department. Everyone is always friendly. They treat you like family.
The service department at ultimate GMC is fantastic. They always greet you with a smile and the service is second to none. Thanks to Randy Harris and his service staff. They always keep my 2013 GMC Sierra running perfect.
Eddie was my service advisor and was patient and professional with my vehicles service. You need more employees like him that take the time to explain and help with peoples vehicles. I highly recommend you guys for service. I will continue to bring my car there for service
