Recommendedservice department is awesome
RecommendedI just had a FABULOUS experience at Ultimate Subaru in Fredericksburg. Herb Coates was an amazing sales associate— helping me to find a great deal on the perfect car for me. I am so in love with my new Crosstrek and all of its safety features. But I’m also in love wit the wonderful service and support I received from Ultimate and Herb. I’m so grateful this dealership is just up the road. Thanks Herb!
RecommendedThe experience I had with them was unbelievable, it was amazing!! Going in there to buy my first car from a dealership I was extremely pleased! Layla Bumbrey was GREAT, she was kind and friendly and was knowledgeable about the car, warranties and finance. I am so happy and pleased with my new car, and would recommend them and Layla Bumbrey to anyone that is looking to buy a car.
RecommendedAlways great customer service!

I came back today, and while I didn’t end up purchasing the all terrain model, Sam showed us a certified used Acadia that met all our needs and saved us a ton of money. The entire staff was great throughout the entire buying process, su... read more
