Extremely disappointed with Dr. Sheehan. Dr. Sheehan neither values her patients time nor has a true concern for their existing conditions. Dr. Sheehan’s office will routinely cancel appointments, within days, that have taken months to schedule explaining that Dr. Sheehan suddenly decided to take a vacation or is scheduled to teach a class. I have been advised that this is outside of Penn’s policy for providing adequate notification to patients regarding a necessary rescheduling.
