I was exceptionally impressed with the delivery. They called a half hour out and was very professional. They made us feel like that delivery was there only delivery and nothing else mattered. The equipment was great to where it didn't leave any marks and was put exactly were we wanted it. Very friendly staff on both ends and was quick and easy throughout. Definitely telling everyone about sheds Direct.

The window is on the wrong side. It was not like that in my plan I sent.

Unfortunately, mistakes do occur -- Sheds Direct offers our greatest apologies for the error. The salesperson who sold the building contacted the customer this morning to see what we could do to make it right. The customer spoke with her husband, and both agreed to leave the window as-is, instead of having someone come out to change the placement of the window. As always, our customers are more than welcome to reach out if they have any further issues or concerns.
I'm very happy from the very beginning to the very end every department went above and beyond. I'm actually crying as I type this bc our house burned down new years eve we got the barn as a starting point for a tiny. Something until we decide what we want build back. Well first if I could provide a less than 1 star, they would receive that. I originally purchased the building from Lowder Buildings in Blanch, NC. Since then, they were bought out by Sheds Direct Inc. I filed a complaint about mold and leaks in the shed and they refuse to fix the shed. They sent out their repair man and he said that the entire top half of the shed needs to be replaced. There is additional water damage other than the mold seen. As stated, Sheds Direct purchased a manufacturing plant in April 2022. During this acquisition, Lowder Buildings of Blanch, NC became a dealer of Sheds Direct, as they had previously sold for the previous manufacturer. The customer purchased his building prior to Sheds Direct purchasing the manufacturing plant. Sheds Direct is taking full responsibility of the products produced from the previous manufacturer. We called to have a shed moved, charged us 800$, we paid, they called us within 45min minutes to schedule for 6/1/2021. We waited at the property all day, never called us, and never showed up. We called them and they tell us it was taken off the schedule because it was never confirmed. We have been calling all week and leaving messages to never get a return call.
