I really enjoyed sheds direct through the whole process. ****** was great in helping us design our shed and commutating the specifics. The delivery guy was fantastic. He took his time and made sure the shed was exactly where I wanted it and that he left it 100% level. I think the delivery department needs to do a better job communicating delivery day and what that will look like and how to make sure the space is prepared for delivery. Overall I was very happy with Sheds Direct and would recommend them to anyone.

******* was the delivery driver and he was very patient with me because I honestly wasn't certain where to place the shed for maximum sun for gardening as well as watching sunsets. This young man went overboard to make me feel relaxed although I was tweeking location until I was very satisfied with the total process of positioning and leveling my beautiful yard addition. The shed is nicely built. Diamond plate below door, ***** vents, 2x6 floor joists, magnetic door holders are all a plus. Two framing 2x4s are damaged (one is exterior under roof edge and is a concern). No mention in specs of siding so my bad for not asking. I would have preferred T-111 over pressed board. I realize that would likely impact price. I was just caught off guard. The stain color (the only one you offer) is ugly. In the sun, it looks like ************** yellow. The shed is fine other than some of the wood is split up the middle and the delivery guy rutted up the back yard, cracked the driveway and the concrete pad that was made for the shed.

To explain my review I do it in stars. One star for sales, the person I dealt with purchasing the building was very nice and professional, one star for that. Two delivery, the person who delivered the building was professional and did a very good job, one star for that. Now the problem. After the building was delivered I called the same day and reported that the roll up door didn't work, I was told they would put in a work order and the repair person would call me, that was on a Thursday, nobody called me back.
