I had a very pleasant experience working with "buildingsrusshelby" (Joel/Cameron R****), who is a DEALER of Sheds Direct Inc., to recently purchase a 10x20 shed. It arrived about 2 months ago and had a couple torn shingles. i was told that a change order would be filed promptly and i would receive a phone call from Sheds Direct Inc for a tech to come to the house to take care of it.
