They always ask you to come in 15 minutes before your appt but always call you in 15 minutes after your scheduled appt, even when you’re sitting there with a crying baby. I needed a prescription refill which is typically 90 days worth and they gave me one for 2 weeks because I didn’t want to come in for appt just refill a prescription, now I am getting charged for my refill that won’t last and I have to take time off work to go in for an unnecessary appt just refill my prescription for the correct amount and I am going to be... read more

I agree with all the comments about the receptionists but I have not cared about it in years (been a patient for 30 years) because I book my appointments online and the doctors are fantastic. A special shout out to Dr. Leung who is caring beyond anyone’s rightful hopes.
Phenomenal experience for the after hours clinic here. We love our family doctor too, but this blew my expectations out of the water. You don’t expect the same care when meeting someone for the first time, but that’s what we got.
