This review is for the receptionist answering phones on Sept. 27/23 at 9:00. She kept interrupting my explanation as to why I was calling the daytime clinic after visiting the Sheddon After Hrs Clinic the previous evening and refused to listen. How can a medical clinic with such competent doctors employ such incompetent staff??? It reflects very poorly on Sheddon Medical!
I’ve been going to my doctor for 30 years at this clinic and I have never had a good experience with the receptionists. I dread calling the clinic or going in because of the receptionists. It amazes me who they hire there
Great family health team. I’ve been here for more than 20 years and seen various doctors (as they covered for each other sometimes or I get squeezed in for a same day appointment). Everyone is patient and friendly, nurse has been great for my well baby visits and vaccines. Happy to give a positive recco.
I have been a patient of Dr House for 32 years. She delivered both of my children and our family all went to her including my parents for many years. She is kind, experienced and knowledgeable. She provides referrals when needed and between all our family members we have needed several. I feel blessed to have had her in all of our lives. She diagnosed my mother’s breast cancer at a routine appointment and provided excellent care. As long as she is practising I will be going to her.
