Will not be going back. The nail tech made 3 of my fingers bleed and kept filing the one that was the worst after. He was very rough with my hands. There are also air bubbles in my nails. Also, when getting a pedicure they refused to show me the classic options until my friend said something

I just wanted to go out of my way to make sure that this place was praised for going above and beyond. I got my toes done on a Friday evening and by Sunday had a pretty good size crack in my nail polish. Monday morning I walked in and stated what had happened And asked how much it would be to just get my one toe fixed. I was sat down quickly and was given absolutely incredible service. I went into Shea Nail Bar today to have the polish on my feet corrected after my morning appointment. I had called ahead to confirm it was okay to have the polish removed and reapplied, and was told yes. When I arrived, there was some back-and-forth about whether I would be charged, but I felt the communication was still going fine.
