We always go here and have a great experience. However my daughter has currently been sitting there for 45 minutes even though she had a 1:00 appointment

Worst nail salon experience ever. I came there at 7 PM and asked if it was okay since they close at 7:30. The owner said, “Yes, of course.” My boyfriend and I got pedicures, and they rushed through them in barely 15 minutes. I also wanted acrylic nails done, but the nail tech didn’t even properly clean or prep my nails before applying them. I’ve passed this location many times and decided to give them a chance since I was in the area visiting. Well I should have kept driving. The manager is rude and argumentative. I have 1 acrylic nail on my left hand and 2 on my right for length since my natural nails were broken during dip powder removal.
