I was recommended to this salon for braids. Apparently it's not a thing done here in ABQ. Called and spoke to T who was more than accommodating with working after hours to do my kinky twists. But I got them done this past Thursday and I took them out yesterday. Needless to say I'm a bit annoyed that they started falling out less a day after and weren't worth keeping in after Sunday. I thank her for helping a sista out in a bind but I think I'll look for a more experienced hand at least for working on black hair. Kinda wasted... read more

My poor daughter saved her money to get her hair colored at this place. She was there 5 hours to come out with different shades of colors. Orange roots, dark red highlights and brown spots. She was told she had to pay the full amount terrible business.

Yes, she paid for service rendered with the offer of a free service to get her hair an even tone. This was due to box color, no fault of anyones.
