To preface this review, I'd like to give some context. I moved to Elko back in July of 2023, and as most people who have moved places, finding a hair stylist / barber that you're satisfied with can be quite difficult. I've tried multiple places before trying shears and was never satisfied with my haircuts. I booked my first appointment with Jennifer on March 1st at 11:00 am. This was the beginning of my problems with her. As I was driving to shears, I get a text message asking me to come at 1:30 because she was running late.... read more
