What a find! Cathy is a miracle worker (and an incredible person to boot!) On my hair journey I inquired at multiple top W Mass salons on their abilities to do a modern perm that wouldn't do a lot of damage to my flat, thinning hair as I was seeing a physician for hair concerns .
