Purchased a Groupon for a massage and was told I couldn't use it because I had used a Groupon previously. I asked if I could use the $49 I had paid for the Groupon towards a $45 pedicure. I was told I could only use it for an $85 facial and I would have to pay the $36 difference. No way I am spending any more money. So I am out the $49 and will not be returning to this salon. Poor, poor customer service.
I had my first visit there and had Tracy for my stylist. I need to say that she is the first stylist I have had anywhere that listened to me and what I wanted! My color and cut is exactly what I envisioned. I appreciate her listening. I also learned a lot about hair! The OLAPLEX worked wonders too. Thanks Tracy! She is truly a talented and personable stylist.

This was my first time going to shear perfection and I had one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had at a salon. Ellie was so kind and really listened to what I wanted and payed very close attention to making my hair perfect. She is a very sweet person and I will absolutely be going back!

I recently scheduled a massage for my boyfriend's birthday with Allison Anderson. He works out on a daily basis in addition to being a firefighter. I think he was a little apprehensive at first about it, but when I saw his face when his massage was over, he was 100% different! he expressed to me how talented Allison was and that he wants to come in to get massages regularly done by her.
