I received a Groupon gift certificate from my daughter for my birthday and went in for my massage. It was typical good except for the noise from the main room didn’t help me relax. I left a tool of quarters for a tip and was satisfied to feel better. Until I presented my certificate and was told no that I was not a new customer and would need to pay seventy dollars which I didn’t have!
