Obviously customer service is not a high priority for this Salon owner. I made my appointment a week in advance for Tuesday, a slow day so that I would be able to receive the attention and time that I felt my hair needed. Never mind I took off the morning from “my job” to have my hair done, this should have been a non- issue because my time is also money but maybe not true at Shear Movement. Oh Lawd!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was pressed for time; and could not go to my normal stylist (BIG MISTAKE). After reading the review here on yelp I decided to try "Shear Movement" and it was a "Shear Mess" I unfortunately had Sandra (the owner) as my stylist. My day of hell started on a Friday morning; I was due in New Jersey later that night.
