I booked an appointment for 10 am, I came in at 10, and was told my appointment wasn't written down, I was told she would be finished quickly, I finally left after 40 minute's. It was a huge letdown, I had a big day planned right after the appointment, that's why I called 24 hours ahead.

Mindy took my hair from brown with golden blonde highlights to a magical teal! With lowlights of blue and green mixing together to make a beautiful neon color! She went above and beyond what I wanted and I love it!!!
