Took my cat in to be groomed, asked for a lion cut and they cut her mane. This is a Himalayan that I've taken there before. I paid $60. She said she was sorry and would give a discount next time. I really just want a refund because there will not be a next time. Very disappointed!!!
The staff is great, my two French Bulldogs are treated with loving care, I would recommend Shear Heaven to anyone.

I've been taking my pets to Shear Heaven for many years, what I like the best after the Staff of course, is they are so good to the Dogs. It's easy to tell because my dogs are happy even though they know it's bath time!!!! And they are CLEAN I love that, no worries:-)
