We have taken our dog there for many years. Always friendly, clean, always a good job and accommodating to our schedule whenever possible.
They did the best job! Better than anywhere we have ever taken her. As you can see in the pictures of sweet Daisy ♥️
RecommendedHaving just rescued a new furbaby, this was where our vet suggested we go. Our last furbaby (chihuahua) didn't need trimming so I gave him baths myself but this one (pomeranian chihuahua mix) does so she needs to visit a groomer. I was very happy with how quickly they could get me in, how accommodating they were with my schedule and how patient they were explaining to me with what I should expect on the 1st visit. I made an appointment for 2 dogs, brought them in and they put my spaniel in a dirty kennel, the blanket had clumps of another dogs fur on it. I should of walked out right then, but being in a bind and needing it done today I kept my appointment. on my yorkie I only wanted his face and head trimmed up, they had him for all of 5 minutes, and completely butchered his head! Shear Heaven saved us! Our dog attacked a skunk and needed a treatment ASAP!! They were able to get him in as soon as we called and did a great job! He came home smelling a million times better! Can't thank them enough!! We definitely be going back
I’ve been going to Jamie and her team for 19 years now and 3 dogs. They’ve always been very sweet and supportive of my fur babies and handled them with love and care. I don’t know any dog that’s thrilled to go to the groomer and they are compassionate about that. ♥️
Took my dog there and they butchered her. She has shave cuts all over her skin! Plus the charged me double of what they told me and the “magically” lost all my info that stated what they were going to charge me. I will never ever go back and if you love your dogs/ cats do not take them here! Plus my dog was scared out of her mind when I came and got her. Do yourself a favor and find another groomer.
