Love this place. This has been the first groomers my dog has willingly gone too. He’s 15 years old now and is deaf, diabetic and was blind. They are so caring and do a great job. So thankful I found them!

Simply the best, I have been taking dogs there for a long long time and have never been disappointed. And their love for dogs clearly shows how they feel.

Had an appointment for my 5 month puppy today...and I didn't even let these people touch him. First, I was told it was going to take 5 hours even though we had an APPOINTMENT. (Other places said they would have taken maybe an hour, if that.) I'm sorry but I'm not going to leave my dog locked in a random kennel for 5 hours. Then we were told that they would charge us more money if our dog "misbehaved" or was "difficult" for them..okay NO dog is going to like being groomed for the first time. We at Shear Heaven Pet Salon are sorry about the miscommunication regarding your Newfoundland mixed puppy. We strive to accommodate all schedules and situations. First time puppies need extra care and reassurance to make sure their grooming experience is a good one. These things take time, and we usually allow a 3 hour time frame.
