Office staff initially took my info and said I was “all good” to come in.I come in,excited to get my teeth fixed…halfway thru the appointment,I am told my insurance actually does not cover him.That would have been *great* to know ahead of time.He booted me from the appointment.The elderly receptionist said I owed over $400, which I did not have.They actually held me in the office and wouldn’t let me leave until I gave them any kind of money.Unfortunately,they don’t know my history,and didn’t realize that I have PTSD about be... read more
Excellent care.
Excellent expert care. I was new to PA with long term periodontal condition that needed urgent care. Dr. Shear performed two extractions with minimal pain. He was compassionate and explained the procedure clearly. He scheduled it promptly and performed it quickly. I will continue future treatments with him and his great staff.
