Cyndi did my permanent eye liner which looks fantastic and the experience was pleasant. Cyndi explained every little step she was doing which helped me relax. I felt no pain what so ever. I wish I would have found this place sooner.
I loved the permanent eye liner that Cynthia did for me! It looks amazing and thought her customer service was fantastic! I wish I would have done this sooner!!! I would highly recommend her and this procedure! It saves me time everyday and I love the way my eyes look! Thank you!
My experience at sheer bliss was the best yesterday I got permanent cosmetics some I got my eye liner and eyebrows done. Cindy (the owner) was so kind and told me step by step what she was doing and she talked to me too witch helped a lot. It honestly did not hurt I would recommend it to anyone it was a all around an amazing experience.
