Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Nothing makes me more angry when people can’t own up to their own mistakes. You should never threaten someone if they are unhappy with your work.
Terrible skills especially by Shauna. Ask for blonde and you’ll get a grey brown mix. Very unprofessional staff
My wife came here and got the best hospitality possible. Everyone that works in this establishment goes above and beyond. Thank you for making her so happy.
I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism come from employees AND OWNER. They are petty, rude and do not care about customer satisfaction even when the stylist clearly messed up.
