I’ve been going to Shauna for over a year now and she does blonde like no other. She’s done an amazing job every single time and my hair is in better condition when I leave than when I came in! I won’t go to anyone else. Love her and the salon!!
I have had multiple color appointments with Shauna and recently had a cut and am always satisfied with my hair afterwards! She does amazing work and when I saw the amount of people leaving negative reviews about the same incident I felt the need to leave my own. Shauna is a very knowledgeable and experienced hairstylist that always is very kind and personable. I always enjoy my appointment and how beautiful my hair is afterwards, and I will never go anywhere else!
Please stop employing unprofessional people like SHAUNA BANDY ..... it’s embarrassing how she can’t take any criticism and publicly bashes her clients when they aren’t happy with what they paid for, and then BLOCKS them. Do better.
please stay as far away from this salon as you can. Shauna Bandy will mess up your hair and block you when you ask for a refund. they have TERRIBLE customer service here
Extremely unprofessional business. Management needs to understand how to manage and be respectful. Their employees also need to know when you make a mistake, you fix that mistake, you make it right. Customers are never wrong but bad employees and management, are wrong.
The owner and the hairstylists do not know how to take responsibility for their actions, and do not have knowledge of blonde hair. BEWARE!
