Shayna takes the time to listen, explains options clearly, and treated my concerns with genuine care. I always felt that my needs were taken seriously and that I was in capable, empathetic hands. I really appreciate she took the time to educate me on my options and emphasized the importance of getting my pain under control. I highly recommend her!
Shayna was helpful, patient, and knowlegable. She took time to explain my condition, answer my questions and put me at ease. She made me confident in her plan for treatment of my hip pain, administered injections cautiously as she carefully viewed the ultrasound, and ordered an MRI as further testing for the problems I'm experiencing with my back. My daughter accompanied me to the appointment and Shayna included her in all our conversations. We were very pleased with the service and treatment I received.
