I found this company on Google and didn’t end up getting the work done, so I can’t speak to the quality. The scheduling process was smooth and they arrived on time. After inspecting my dryer vent, they said it didn’t need cleaning but recommended trimming the hose and removing a small amount of lint for $150. When I said that seemed high for a few minutes of work, they immediately dropped the price to $100, which felt like a push to recover a trip fee rather than a fair quote. We had Scott Thompson and his team from Air Duct Services come out to clean all the ducts in our home. They were fantastic from start to finish—punctual, courteous, and very thorough. Scott even showed us before and after photos so we could see the difference. The air in our house feels noticeably cleaner, and our allergies have improved too. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
